Ghost Mine Episode 7

Lookout Mountain

As they drive off Ben wonders how come everyone in town seems to know what they are doing.

 

 

 

	“I thought what we’re doing is supposed to be secret. How many people know about it, Laura?”
	“No one really. Mum told Tillie, I guess. But they’re close friends, and Tillie wouldn’t tell anyone else.”
	“Well nearly everyone we’ve met seems to know - and most of them want us to stop digging into Jeremiah’s secrets.”
	“It’s like all these people are connected somehow, besides living in the same town.”
	“Maybe they’re vampires and Jeremiah created them.”
	“Good one, Linda! Vampires! I think youv'e watched one to many scary movies.”

Out in the desert again, Laura drives past the old town and follows the road as it climbs into the distance.

Then she turns onto a dirt track going higher still.

The back of the car fishtails slightly on the rough track and she slows to keep the Chevy under control.

She parks near a rocky outcrop.
