Ghost Mine Episode 11

Panic

On the other side of the rocks Brad, Ben, Laura and Linda hear the scuffle and then they hear Megs’ screams fading away.

They are shocked and panic-stricken.

 

 

 

	“Megs! Megs - where are you?"
	“Megs speak to me!”
	“Someone’s taken her. I’m going after them.”
	“No, wait!”
	“Stay here all of you. I’ll climb back over and see what’s happened. Don’t move.”

Linda is now too terrified to speak and Ben puts his arm around her. Laura whispers for Brad to be careful. Linda starts to cry.

They watch Brad climb up and over the rocks, and hear him moving down and around on the other side. He is back in a few minutes.

	“Her flashlight was on the floor – looks like someone stamped on it. There’s no sign of her.”
	“Whoever took her knows their way around down here. It’s no use us going after her, we’d get lost.”
	“I bet Bud Morgan took her. What are we going to do?”
	“We should go back to Aunt Jean’s and get the Deputy Sheriff to help.”
	“No. That would take too long, and we still might not be able to find her.”
	“We should keep going – find the treasure – then we’ll have something to trade to get her back.”

What should Brad, Ben, Linda and Laura do next?

Go on and try to find the second cavern
